What were you doing before you started with DA and when/why did you join the team?
Before I joined Dynamic Air, I worked for 5 years as a consulting engineer in the ever-changing Boston Market. From there I transitioned to a pivotal role as a sales engineer for a HVAC sales company where I honed my skills as an engineer. I met Jim and Rick in 2014 and I was inspired by the work culture they fostered which was focused on life and family first. Ultimately, it was my deep-seated belief in that culture which convinced me to join the DA team. From the start I have received unwavering support from Jim and Rick who have encouraged and mentored me as I have taken on a leadership role at DA. They continue to foster a supportive environment in which I thrive and evolve as a leader.
What characteristics make you excel at your job?
My work ethic, relentless drive and unwavering determination are the cornerstones of my professional journey. These qualities have enabled me to surpass challenges and achieve success in the face of countless obstacles. Problem-solving is what energizes me, and I tackle complex issues head-on. These characteristics define my work ethic and drive me towards continual growth.
What is a quality about you that isn’t obvious at first?
I am an eternal optimist. Regardless of the challenges at hand or setbacks along the way, I have an uncanny knack for finding the silver lining in most, if not all situations. I focus on opportunities for growth, and I approach challenges with a can-do attitude. It is my optimistic mindset that fuels my own perseverance and determination and motivates me to inspire those around me.
What is a talent you possess or one of your hobbies that people are impressed by?
My hidden talent lies in my innate ability to perceive opportunities in every situation, no matter how challenging or obscure they may seem. With a keen eye for potential and a creative mindset, I uncover possibilities where others may see obstacles. This unique perspective enables me to approach circumstances with optimism and innovation, turning setbacks into stepping stones and cultivating a mindset geared towards growth and advancement. By consistently recognizing opportunities for progress and development, I navigate life’s twists and turns with resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering belief in the power of positive transformation
When you have some spare time, or plan a future event, what is your go-to?
Golf! Need I say more? 😊 Spare time is a luxury in my life, so I work hard to spend it on a golf course, often with customers, friends and family.
Who are your favorite people to spend time with and why?
Spending time with my family holds an invaluable significance in my life. The moments spent with my wife, children and extended family are enriched with love, shared experiences, and a deep-rooted connection that make them my absolute favorite people to be around.
