What were you doing before you started with DA and when/why did you join the team?

I was working as an applications engineer at an AHU manufacturer that works closely with DA, I made the jump as I saw a great opportunity and felt I could bring value to the team.

What characteristics make you excel at your job?

I am a hard worker who is organized, dependable, and always willing to take on new challenges. I enjoy solving problems, learning new skills, and helping projects move forward successfully.

What is a quality about you that isn’t obvious at first?

While I enjoy collaborating with others, I’m also very self-motivated and independent. I take pride in being able to manage my responsibilities, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward on my own.

What is a talent you possess or one of your hobbies that people are impressed by?

I would say golf is probably the hobby people are most surprised by. It takes a lot of practice, patience, and discipline, and I’ve spent years working to improve my game.

When you have some spare time, or plan a future event, what is your go-to?

When I have some spare time, I enjoy being outdoors whenever possible. Whether it’s spending time outside with friends and family, playing a new course, or planning my next trip, I always appreciate the opportunity to get out and experience something new.

Who are your favorite people to spend time with and why?

I enjoy spending time with the people closest to me, especially family and longtime friends.
