What were you doing before you started with DA and when/why did you join the team?

Before joining DA, I ran a manufacturing company specializing in bathroom sinks and composite materials. I joined the DA team at the invitation of my longtime friend and rugby colleague, Rick McGinley.

What characteristics make you excel at your job?

As a sales engineer and manager, I excel due to my intelligence, strong work ethic, and quick learning abilities. My sociable nature and confidence, combined with my organizational skills and talent for managing people and processes, ensure successful outcomes and strong team dynamics.

What is a quality about you that isn’t obvious at first?

A quality about me that isn’t obvious at first is my ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, allowing me to effectively handle challenging situations and make sound decisions.

What is a talent you possess or one of your hobbies that people are impressed by?

A talent I possess that impresses people is my ability to connect with and inspire young minds as a substitute teacher at our local middle school. Teaching and working with kids are something I love, and with my dad being a schoolteacher, being in front of a class feels like home to me.

When you have some spare time, or plan a future event, what is your go-to?

When I have some spare time my go-to is traveling and spending time at our summer cottage on Long Island, Maine. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

Who are your favorite people to spend time with and why?

My favorite people to spend time with are my wife Linda, my son Craig, and his wife Kate, and my two granddaughters, Eleanor and Molly. They bring joy and fulfillment to my life, and I cherish every moment spent with them.
