What were you doing before you started with DA and when/why did you join the team?

Entering the workforce I first spent 6 years as a Mechanical (HVAC) design engineer developing foundational skills and experience within our industry. I then transitioned to the equipment consultation side of the business for (2) years before ending up at Dynamic Air in March of 2016. I joined DA due to a trust and familiarity with the people already within, the focus on a custom and sustainable product line, and the healthy trusting company culture that was evident upon learning more about the company.

What characteristics make you excel at your job?

For what we do, I think that it is a requisite to be a good listener, and I work on that every day. I am a highly motivated, driven individual and always want to perform my best for my customers while being solution oriented.

What is a quality about you that isn’t obvious at first?

This is a tough one. I would say that I am a kind and easy to get along with, which may not come across at first!

What is a talent you possess or one of your hobbies that people are impressed by?

Less so these days as I get older, but I would say my athleticism, skills playing basketball, football, and skiing.

When you have some spare time, or plan a future event, what is your go-to?

Physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle have become a high priority for my mental and physical health. I also enjoy the challenge of being a bow-hunter. My (limited) spare time will be spent optimizing these aspects of my life.

Who are your favorite people to spend time with and why?

My wife Erin and my three children Leo, Vivian and Max. Spending time with them is the true reward of the working to live mentality at Dynamic Air.
