What were you doing before you started with DA and when/why did you join the team?

I was a self-employed Organizational Development consultant prior to DAC and was going to have a child so was looking for a job with benefits. Rick McGinley was a friend and offered to hire me. I knew nothing about HVAC. It was one of the best moves of my life!

What characteristics make you excel at your job?

I like people, engineering things, and solving problems, and all of these are a huge part of my success at DAC.

What is a quality about you that isn’t obvious at first?

I am on a spiritual quest to integrate peacefulness and serenity in every aspect of my life, and attempt to help others to do the same whenever possible.

What is a talent you possess or one of your hobbies that people are impressed by?

I race mountain bikes all over New England, in Enduro and Downhill events.

When you have some spare time, or plan a future event, what is your go-to?

I love riding bikes, canoeing, hiking, camping, and hanging out with friends & family.

Who are your favorite people to spend time with and why?

I love spending time with family & friends, just hanging out or on adventures of various types.
