What were you doing before you started with DA and when/why did you join the team?

Founded DAC in 1991, prior to that owner of Oldach Northeast the predecessor to DAC. My objective in these companies has been to offer HVAC products that minimize energy use and environmental impact.

What characteristics make you excel at your job?

Passion for the mission and life.

What is a talent you possess or one of your hobbies that people are impressed by?

Organizing group outdoor adventure events and travel.
