What were you doing before you started with DA and when/why did you join the team?

Before joining DA in December of 2024, I was working with a NETA 3rd Party Independent Electrical Testing Company, 1 Test Corp out of Wilmington, Ma. We serviced the New England region. After learning about the DA team, its atmosphere and the company’s business culture through Kevin Belanger and Paula Lundgren I decided to take the opportunity to join the service team to assist with growing the service division in any way I can.

What characteristics make you excel at your job?

My competitive nature of being part of team, wanting to assist the existing service/sales group at expanding our footprint within the region and I enjoy continually learning to optimize and improve within a team environment with people that care. We must remember this cannot be done without having the support from leadership and management. Building a service organization takes teamwork, hard work, effective communication, respect, time, and money and with a solid foundation, the the team in place now we can take this a long way. The reason I joined this team is the people, the culture, and the opportunity to build something positive. The sky is the limit!

What is a quality about you that isn’t obvious at first?

I have a high degree of integrity and am very passionate about my performance within the service sales industry. Service sales is not an easy job. It is not glamorous and if you want to be good at it you must be hungry.

What is a talent you possess or one of your hobbies that people are impressed by?

My work ethic and probably honest to a fault.

When you have some spare time, or plan a future event, what is your go-to?

Vacationing, getting things done around the house, enjoying my family time, watching movies, and riding my motorcycle.

Who are your favorite people to spend time with and why?

My wife, children, family, and friends. As I have learned as I get older in life is too short. I enjoy reconnecting with all of them at parties at our home, playing cornhole, eating and sitting by a fire late night with a cocktail talking, laughing, and reminiscing. Nothing better!
